Dear participants, supporters, stage runners and all the helpers and friends for TE-FR

In two day is it exactly 10 weeks to start for TransEurope-FootRace!
What is TransEurope-FootRace or TE-FR?

Start at April 19th 2009 in Bari / Italy
Finish at June 21st 2009 Nordkap / Norway
64 stages. No bed, no television, not family, no friends, no dance, every day the same faces – terrible!?
The last adventure in our modern time
Every day all the same: run, run, run ……!
The Stages are along between 44 and 94 km. Every day around 70 km!
It does will be hard for everybody, but we do it controlled!
Weather: cold, warm, hot, rain, perhaps snow, wind and hail
Not sleep in a warm bed. Sleep in a gym hall or school rooms in a sleeping bag and rubber mattress!
Wake up at 4 0’clock in the morning. At 5 o’clock is breakfast. First start at 6 o’clock and the second start at 7 o’clock
In the finish line, hope for a warm shower. If cold shower?
The gym halls are not every day very big. Some gym halls are small or very small. What the hell!
