Water stations and road marks
There will be at least 5 water stations on every stage in approximately 10 to 15 km gaps. On 2 out of 5 stations there will also be isotonic beverages, bananas and cookies. For runners without companion we think that our water stations should only be enough if they also have their own camelbags.
The course of the stage will be indicated with colored arrows on the left side of the road. If there is no arrow on the crossroad the stage goes on the main priority road. Every runner will receive map of single stage and detailed info on the start of every stage.
Last 25 km of the race goes on the cycling road so there is no way to accompany a runner with a vehicle but only with a bike. We recommend knowing where the path goes before the start of the race.
